German tourists on top of list of tourists coming to Egypt

A statement issued by the Egyptian Tourism Ministry said that the German tourists come on top of those coming to Egypt during 1999 and the beginning of the year 2000, as their percentage reached 73% of the tourists coming to Egypt and their number reached 100,000 during the last year.
Egypt recently participated in the Berlin tourism stock market with a large tourism delegation headed by Egyptian Tourism Minister Mamdouh El-Beltagi.
180 countries participated in this stock market represented by nearly 7,434 tourism companies that displayed their tourism products in front of more than 50,000 visitors.
