Egyptian civil associations allowed to establish small schools

The Egyptian Education Ministry agreed to allow civil associations to establish small schools to serve the public in unorganized and poor districts to combat illiteracy.
A statement issued by the ministry said this decision which was issued by Egyptian Education Minister Hussein Bahaa Kamal El-Din comes as part of the ministry's plan to develop Egyptian education in its different forms.
It added that these civil associations will be allowed to open public schools to teach foreign languages and different vocations as well as one-class schools and nursery schools for children of working women in the public and private sectors.
