Lebanese resistance retaliates for Israeli aggressions

Israeli warplanes on Wednesday raided the Nab' al-Tasseh area of the al-Tuffah district. Lebanese security sources said the hostile planes fired air-to-surface missiles against the target area. The raid was coupled with Israeli artillery bombardment targeting the course of al-Zahrani river, Haboush, Bab' al-Tasseh and the surroundings of Lweizeh.

Earlier in the day, Israeli jet fighters carried out three raids on a number of Lebanese villages and towns adjacent to the occupied strip of south Lebanon.

Lebanese security sources said Israeli planes carried out three successive raids firing eight air-to-surface missiles between Zibqin and al-Bottom mountain.

Moreover, the edges of al-Bottom mount, Zibqin, Sadiqin and the neighboring areas came under the attack from Israeli artillery shelling.

The Israelis hit two houses, causing damage in the Zibqin town.

Lebanese security added the Israel artillery positioned in al-Rayhan had shelled Sujoud forests and Aqmata on the mountainous areas of al-Tuffah districts.

The Israeli occupation forces also continued their aggressions against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon.

Lebanese security sources said the Israeli artillery bombarded al-Mansouri, Majdal Zoune, Jibal al-Botoum, Yater, Jib Sweid, Jabal al-Kabir, Mureimen, Kafra, Harfa, Jabal Hadatha and al-Ramadiyah.

In retaliation, Lebanese resistance forces attacked the military positions of the Israeli forces and their militia allies in the areas of al-Radar and Hamid inside the occupied part of south Lebanon.

In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said two Lebanese resistance groups simultaneously attacked the two positions using rockets and machine guns, and casualties were inflicted on the soldiers manning the two positions.
