$42 million in loans from the Arab Bank to African countries

The board of directors of the Arab Bank for economic development in Africa agreed to granting new loans of $42 million to African countries, among which are $40 million to contribute to financing projects and $2 million for technical training and development operations.
A statement issued by the regional bureau of the bank in Cairo said that the countries which obtained the loans are Rwanda, Zambia, Sao Tome, Kenya and Ghana and that the projects include the fields of agriculture, water, public hospital and highways.
