Five Egyptian private companies request internal air trips rights
Egypt, Business, 3/13/2000

Five private Egyptian companies for civil aviation asked for the right from the aviation authorities to organize trips among Cairo and the airports of East Owainat, Saint Catherine, Asuit, Alexandria, Aswan and Abu Simbel.

Abd El-Fattah Katorish, head of the Egyptian aviation authorities, told ArabicNews.com that it expects to agree on organizing these trips by beginning of April on the condition that it would be at a time not specified time for the EgyptAir company.

He said that these companies adhere to international standards-- whether concerning their airplanes, their pilots or their service and maintenance stations in the Egyptian airports-- in addition to providing reserve airplanes to confront any urgent circumstances in scheduling.
