International conference for Egyptology at end of March

UNESCO will sponsor on March 28 - 30 the first international conference on Egyptology with the participation of 1,200 scientists and archeologists from all over the world to learn the most modern scientific achievements in the fields of fossils, drilling and archeological restoration.
Gaballah Ali Gaballah, secretary general of the Egyptian supreme council for archeology, said that the conference will be convened every four years in a different country and that there is a plan to establish 394 national museums all over Egypt to spur tourism and protect archeology.
