Some 60% of Israelis back complete withdrawal from the Golan

An opinion poll made by the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies at Tel Aviv University on Friday said the majority of the Israeli Jews back complete withdrawal from the Golan for a peace agreement with Syria and what it called security arrangements.
Replying to a question on backing of a complete withdrawal from the Golan for peace and security arrangements that avail a military withdrawal from Lebanon, 60% of the persons who took part in the opinion poll said yes and 31% said no, while 9% abstained from giving their opinions.
