Saudi FM hold Israel responsible for obstructing Middle East peace

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal on Friday warned Israel against the consequences of the results of its intransigence and behaviors concerning Middle East peace in the region and held it responsible for the suspension of talks on the Syrian and Lebanese tracks.

In statements to Oman Daily issued in Muscat on Friday, Prince al-Faisal stressed that the message the AL council addressed in its meetings due to start today in Beirut is the Arab states' rejection of the repeated Israeli attacks against Lebanon and backing the Lebanese people in this critical situation.

The Saudi minister called for taking an Arab decision for material and political backing of the Lebanese steadfastness.
