Saudi aid to Mozambique

A Saudi shipping plane left on Friday for Mozambique which was hit by the floods loaded with foodstuffs. The planes carried some 55.259 tons of foodstuffs, medicines and tents.
Another Saudi plane loaded with foodstuffs will also leave to Mozambique within the coming days.
Last week Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz gave his instructions to send the two planes besides another plane to flood victims in southern Africa.
Meanwhile, Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz, the chairman of the Arab Gulf Fund in backing the UN programs for development, said that the program will offer a donation of US $50,000 to the victims of the floods in Mozambique.
