Egypt to allow private aviation companies to organize internal trips

The Egyptian Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Atef Ebeid agreed on allowing the private Egyptian air companies to organize systematic and nonsystematic internal trips on the condition of setting dates that do not contradict with the timetable of the EgyptAir company.
Currently, this privilege is available until now to EgyptAir while the private Egyptian air companies organize charter trips between Cairo and the Egyptian tourism cities.
A press statement issued by the prime minister's bureau said the Egyptian Civil Aviation Organization was assigned to establish controls, ensure the airplanes' safety and ban speculation on prices in organizing such trips.
