Azzedine Laraki instead of Kharazi in meetings of the Arab foreign ministers

Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid addressed an official invitation to Organization of the Islamic Conference Secretary General Azzedine Laraki to participate in meetings of the 113th session of the AL council on the level of the Arab foreign ministers that is to be held on Saturday.
Talat Hamed, the official advisor of the AL, said that Abdul Meguid addressed an invitation to Laraki to participate in the meetings of the Arab foreign ministers as an observer instead of Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi, whose country heads the current session of the OIC.
