Egypt participates in meetings of African foreign ministers

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa left Cairo yesterday evening for Addis Ababa heading a large Egyptian diplomatic delegation to participate in meetings of the 71st session of the African foreign ministers council which start today and will last for two days. The meetings and will be specified for discussing the arrangements concerning convening the Euro-African summit in Cairo on April 3- 4.

Ibrahim Ali Hassan, the Egyptian assistant foreign minister for African affairs, said that the agenda of the ministerial commercial council's works includes a lot of topics like the report of the secretary general of the organization concerning carrying out resolutions of Algeria's last summit and a report concerning the Sudanese crisis, as well as the dispute among Libya and the USA and the UK Lockerbie crisis.

The conference will also discuss several African disputes and the efforts exerted to settle it.
