Security forces killed three gunmen in Algeria

The Algerian daily al-Youm said on Tuesday that the security forces killed three gunmen of the armed groups in El Bayadh province, 638 km from the capital, Algiers.

The paper indicated that the security forces are besieging seven gunmen in the downtown of Oran, while meeting in a flat in a popular suburb.

Meantime, the Algerian daily al-Khabar said the Algerian security forces killed one armed group member in the city of Oran.

The paper reported that the security forces killed three armed men from the groups they besieged in Ghardaia province, 635 km from Algiers.
