Algerian president receives message from Tunisian peer

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika received Monday Tunisian Foreign Minister Habib Benyahia, who handed him a message from Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.
Benyahia told reporters that he reviewed with the Algerian president means to develop bilateral relations in various fields and the role that Tunisia and Algeria will have to play to face globalization challenges.
He added that president Bouteflika shares the same will to strengthen Algerian-Tunisian relations.
Algeria and Tunisia are member of the Arab Maghreb union (UMA) which also musters Morocco, Libya and Mauritania.
