Youssoufi on a Latin American tour

Premier Abderrahmane Youssoufi left Casablanca Monday afternoon heading for Colombia, the first leg of a Latin American tour to take him to Chile and Argentina.
Before departure, Youssoufi told the press he was bearing royal messages to heads of state he will be meeting.
