Qatar's ruler sends message to King Mohammed

Qatari Minister of Information Sheikh Hamad Ben Tamer Al-Thani, arrived in Rabat Monday evening with a message from ruler of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Ben Khalifa Al-Thani, to King Mohammed VI.
Sheikh Hamad told reporters his visit is part of the special relations existing between Morocco and Qatar.
