Tunisian president gets a message from Blair

Tunisian President Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali on Monday received a message from British Prime Minister Tony Blair on bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
The message was handed over by the envoy of the British premier, Lord Michael Levy, during his meeting on Monday with the Tunisian president.
Following the meeting Lord Levy said his talks with the Tunisian president dealt with several issues including Tunisian- British bilateral relations, means of boosting trade relations and existing cooperation relations between Tunisia and British Gas company.
He indicated that talks also covered political issues of mutual concern, in light of Tunisia's membership at the UN Security Council.
