Turkish - Syrian discussions

Turkish - Syrian discussions are starting today in Damascus concerning all issues that concern the two countries to pave the way for another step toward enhancing relations between them in light of results of these discussions.
The Turkish delegation under the chairmanship of Ogore Zeyal, the Turkish deputy assistant foreign minister, is meeting with Suleiman Haddad, the Syrian assistant foreign minister, at the beginning of three days of discussions, the first between the two countries since solving the problem that broke out between them in 1998 due to the problems between theTurks and the Kurds.
