Mediterranean Development Forum starts today in Cairo

Egypt's First Lady Suzanne Mubarak is delivering the opening address for the third Mediterranean Development Forum that is being held in Cairo for three days.
Jordan's First Lady Queen Rania will also deliver an address in the same session.
The forum aims at exploring opportunities for development the Middle East and North Africa.
600 persons representing 20 countries in addition to 15 Egyptian and Arab ministers are participating in works of the forum, as well as heads of cities and muniplicities from Portugal, Spain, Italy and France.
The Egyptian center for economic studies, the World Bank institute and the UN Development Program are organizing the conference.
