Iraq asks for application of joint Arab defense agreement

Gomhoria, the official Iraqi newspaper, asked yesterday the Arab foreign ministers during their meetings in Beirut on March 11 to apply the joint Arab defense agreement and the joint Arab market as well as other similar agreements.
The newspaper said it is time to reread these agreements with sincere intentions in clear and obvious Arab stances for the Arab reunion.
It also asked the Arab foreign ministers to agree on an agenda of one item, which is Palestine.
