King Mohammed sends envoys to several African heads of state

King Mohammed VI sent envoys to several African heads of state bearing messages on bilateral cooperation and regional issues.
While government spokesman Khalid Alioua was in Maputo meeting President Chissano, Fishery Minister Thami Khyari was in Luanda delivering a royal message to President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos of Angola.
In Algiers, minister in charge of the Arab Maghreb and the Arab and Islamic world Abdeslam Znined was received by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika. Znined told the media the royal messages to heads of states dealt with the consolidation of African cooperation and upgrading of living standards on the continent through the promotion of economy, trade, industry and environment protection, MAP reported.
