Hanoi conference and the rights of the Palestinians

Organizers of the UN conference on Palestine currently being held in Hanoi considered this conference a declaration of the rights of the Palestinian Arab people.
One of the delegates told AFP that this declaration will be confined to expressing the UN's backing for the Palestinian people.
Another delegate commented that the Hanoi declaration will constitute the basis for the next UN conference on Palestine which will be held in Cairo next June.
