Saudi crown prince winds up visit to Damascus

Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah bin Andul Aziz on Thursday ended a two day official visit to Syria and was seen off at Damascus airport by Syrian President Hafez al-Assad and other high-ranking Syrian officials.A cable from the Saudi crown prince to al-Assad while leaving Damascus expressed happiness at having exchanged with President al-Assad views on Arab issues, hoping that all Arab efforts will succeed to serve the interests of the Arab and Islamic states.
