Arab workers renew opposition to all forms of normalization with Israeli labor union

Representatives of the Arab laborers renewed their solidarity with the Lebanese people and workers against Israeli aggression on south Lebanon and asserted in the opening meetings of the central council of the international union of Arab labor syndicates yesterday their opposition to any form of normalization with Israel's labor union (Histadrut) until after the end of all forms of occupation of Arab land and the declaration of the Palestinian state.
Elias Abu Rizk, head of Lebanon's labor union, urged the confrontation of Israeli arrogance and said that Lebanon will not give up its land, saying that Israel does not respect international law and UN resolutions and that Lebanon's labor union is committed to the national resolutions in the settlement on the Lebanese and Syrian tracks.
