Beginning of the Tunisian song festiva's 12th session

The first of three evenings during which the Tunisian song festival is holding its 12th session started in Tunis.

This session of the Tunisian song festival is considered much older than this as its beginning was in 1958, and it was named the Seliaha festival at that time. But it stumbled for years and did not acquire a stable date until 1987 when it become a national festival, during which financial prizes are distributed as prizes for poets, artists and musicians.

This festival presents two kinds of songs, the first of which are private productions for the festival, song that were not previously presented, while the second are the songs that were presented to the audience since the end of the last session.
