Arab members of Israeli Knesset argue against aggressions on Lebanon
Lebanon-Israel, Politics, 2/24/2000
The Israeli Knesset on Wednesday witnessed tough wrangling between Israeli Foreign Minister David Levy and Arab members of the Israeli Knesset over the Israeli recent strikes against Lebanese civilian installations.
Israeli Radio said that the Arab members at the Israeli Knesset objected to threats made by Levy to set Lebanon ablaze.
The speaker of the Israeli Knesset as a result ordered the expulsion of those Arab members Talab El-Sana, Azmi Bishara and Issam Makhoul from the Knesset floor, the radio continued.
Talab El-Sana said in this respect that Levy's threats reveal Israel's preparedness to kill Arab civilians.
