Morocco to set up torture victims rehabilitation center

Morocco said it will set up shortly a center for the rehabilitation of the victims of torture.
Human Rights minister, Mohammed Aujjar, who announced the news, recalled the various measures taken by Morocco to promote human rights, including a national program on human rights education and assistance to women and children in difficult situation.
The minister, who was speaking at a seminar on "humanization of medical training," stressed the need to include human rights in all training programs.
The encounter was sponsored by the London-based Amnesty International.
