Abdul Meguid: The Arab world is satisfied with results of Iranian elections

Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid asserted that the Arab world is following with concern the Iranian elections out of the geographical and historical relations which tie the Arabs with Iran because any development in Iran concerns the Arab states.
He added that the results express the Iranian movement toward the positive reform which causes relief in the Arab states.
He added that the problem of the three disputed Gulf islands occupied by Iran and claimed by the UAE has come on top of the Arab states' concerns for a while and that it is for Iran's benefit to reach a peaceful solution that achieves stability in this vital area, and that the Arab states adhere to good relations with Iran.
