17th Khartoum International Fair opens

The 17th International Fair of Khartoum opened Thursday, with 19 countries from the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe participating. Eritrea and Chad are participating in the fair for the first time.
Trade ministers of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and the Central African Republic attended the inaugural ceremony at the fair where some 400 companies from around the globe are displaying their products, reported the Pan African News agency PANA.
Products on display include industrial, agricultural and irrigation hardware, electronics, chemicals, electric equipment, household appliances, office furniture, craftsmen tools and machinery, textiles and vehicles of all types.
