Meetings of the Syrian-Saudi committee postponed at the request of the Saudi side

A Saudi official source at the Saudi Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the ministerial meeting of the joint Syrian-Saudi committee which was due on February 15 and 16 was postponed until the beginning of March. The postponement came at the request of the Saudi side and with the approval of the Syrian side.
In Damascus, Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa made a telephone call to the Saudi foreign minister, Prince Saud al-Faisal, during which the Syrian FM was reassured on the health conditions of the mother of the Saudi foreign minister.
