Israeli aggressions continue against south Lebanon

The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday continued their attacks against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon, and the Israeli warplanes carried out two raids against Ein al-Tineh hills and Timat Niha areas.
Lebanese security sources said the Israeli warplanes were confronted by the anti-aircraft defenses of the Lebanese Army and resistance.
The Israeli raids were accompanied by Israeli shelling against al-Daher well hills and the outskirts of Qilya and al-Sarira towns.
The Israeli forces also bombarded Aqmata farm, the woods of Sujoud, al-Rayhan and al-Zahrani river bed in the al-Tuffah district in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
In retaliation, a group of the Lebanese resistance on Tuesday launched an intensive attack against reinforcement operations carried out by the Israeli occupation forces in the military position of al-Radar inside the occupied part of south Lebanon.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said its forces were able to inflict losses on the position where columns of smoke were seen rising.
Meanwhile, the Israeli artillery on Monday morning bombarded the mountains situated in the south of Tomat Niha and heights situated in the west of Ein al-Tina town. Eight shells fell in these areas.
Israeli helicopters flew over areas adjacent to the western Bekaa for 15 minutes.
Lebanese security sources in south Lebanon said the Israeli warplanes dropped air-to-surface missiles against the targeted area.
Moreover, the Israeli warplanes broke the sound barrier twice at low altitude over coastal areas of south Lebanon.
At midday Monday, the Israeli occupation artillery bombarded the surroundings of Burket al-Jabbour, al-Maramel heights and the woods of Abi Rashed in the western sector. Lebanese security sources said 11 shells were dropped in the areas. The bombardment was accompanied by heavy machine gun fire from the occupation positions against the woods of Maidon and the Litani river area.
