Egyptian cinematic library to be established in Kuwait

Egyptian Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni agreed on establishing an Egyptian cinematic library in Kuwait to convene a joint symposium concerning the cinematic products of the Arab states and on inviting Egyptian artists, script writers, authors and filmmarkers to meet their Kuwaiti counterparts.
The library will be under joint supervision between the Egyptian embassy in Kuwait and the Kuwait national council for culture and the arts. It will also include copies of rare Egyptian films and different books that tackle stages of developing the cinema industry in Egypt and in the Arab states.
