American hostage freed in Yemen

Sources at the Yemeni ministry of the Interior said on Thursday that the US oil industry worker Kenneth White who was kidnapped 16 days ago was freed on Thursday.
The sources added that Kenneth White was handed over to the Yemeni mediators but did not explain whether white will be taken to the capital Sanaa. White was kidnapped by Yemeni tribal men in Ma'rib on January 25.
