Alioua opens African union's executive bureau conference
Morocco-Africa, Economics, 2/10/2000
Moroccan Employment Minister Khalid Alioua opened in Fez Wednesday the works of the executive bureau of the African Workers' Democratic Union Organization (ODSTA) meant to probe "African unions and employment challenges in the 3d millennium."
The minister highlighted action by the Moroccan government in partnership with different socioeconomic operators such as trade unions in promoting labor and creating jobs, saying capital alone can never entail economic growth and development.
