Moroccan human rights organization calls for El Ejido compensation
Morocco-Spain, Politics, 2/10/2000
The Moroccan human rights organization "OMDH" called Wednesday for legal action against those who committed racist violent acts against Moroccans and compensation for damage they suffered end of last week in El Ejido in southern Spain.
An OMDH release said the Spanish government ought to protect Moroccan immigrants and appealed to Spanish and European human rights organizations inviting outright condemnation of those racist crimes.
