Morocco to launch new satellite TV channel

A new Moroccan satellite TV channel will be launched shortly, communication minister Larbi Messari said.
The new channel seeks to establish a link with the Moroccan community settled abroad, promote tourism and bring in investments, the minister said in an interview with Moroccan "Al Mounataaf" daily.
Morocco presently operates one satellite TV channel on the Arab satellite.
