Al-Hoss: Lebanon adheres to April Understanding

Lebanese Prime Minister Salim al-Hoss asserted that his country still adheres to the April Understanding and considers it a natural refuge from the Israeli assaults against Lebanon despite Israel's declaration that it is not concerned with April Understanding.
In press statements today, al-Hoss denied Israeli allegations that Syria stands behind the Lebanese resistance's attacks, saying that this resistance expresses Lebanese unanimity and that the Lebanese government supports it diplomatically as well as spiritually.
Al-Hoss added that Israel's commitment to withdrawal from south Lebanon is the only way to stop the resistance's attacks.
