Commencing Egyptian - British commercial talks

Egyptian - British commercial talks started today in Cairo under the chairmanship of Mahud El-Arabi, head of the Egyptian - British trade chambers, while from the British side David Blatherwick, head of board of directors of the Egyptian-British Chamber of Trade in London, who arrived heading a commercial mission in a visit that will last until the end of this week.
The British mission met with Atef Ebeid' the Egyptian foreign minister and Minister of Economy Yousef Boutros Ghali. The mission will also meet with other ministers and industrial and trade chambers.
El-Arabi asserted that there are great opportunities for bilateral cooperation and investment in addition to cooperation in the fields of electronics, software, computers and heavy industries.
