Morocco beats Rumania in XI nations rugby tournament

The Moroccan rugby team defeated (18/10) its Rumanian peer Sunday at the Casablanca COC stadium in the first match of the XI Nations Tournament.
Moroccans put an end to a streak of defeats against Rumania since 1971 and could have won with a wider margin had they not missed most of penalty quicks whistled in their favor by French referee in the second half.
The Tournament's "B" group includes Portugal, Georgia, Spain, Netherlands, Rumania and Morocco.
Next Feb. 20 Morocco takes on Georgia in an away match before receiving the Netherlands on March 5.
