Amr Moussa in Damascus today

Well-informed Arab sources in Damascus reported on Sunday that Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa will hold today a short visit to Damascus to acquaint the Syrian officials with the results of the recent visit made by Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak to Cairo and the general atmosphere for the Middle East peace process, which is witnessing an escalated crisis.
The Arab sources expected the Syrian- Egyptian talks, which fall in the course of periodical consultations between the two states, to deal with results of the guidance committee meetings of the multilateral talks which were held in Moscow at the beginning of February.
