Old mine went off in Yemen

Two persons were killed and another eight wounded when a land mine went off while they were trying to dismember it in Saada city, northern Yemen. An official from the Yemeni police said on Sunday that the three victims had carried the mine, which dates back to the year 1992, to a nearby workshop to dismantle it, but its sudden explosion resulted in wounding several persons at the workshop, which was partially destroyed.
