Amr Moussa, the Egyptian foreign minister, and his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheik Sabah El-Ahmed El-Sabah, the deputy prime minister - the foreign minister, are heading works of the second session of the joint Egyptian - Kuwaiti committee which will start in Cairo on the 21st of February. Discussions will deal with supporting bilateral relations especially boosting Kuwaiti investments in Egypt where Kuwait ranks second after Saudi Arabia one the list of Arab states investing in Egypt. The Moroccan "BMCE" bank signed Friday with Paris V university a partnership agreement to cooperate in education, science and culture. The two institutions agreed to bring a substantial and concrete contribution to education efforts in Morocco, particularly to reduce illiteracy in rural areas. The BMCE bank is targeting to build 1,000 schools in rural areas by 2010.
