Egyptian plan to facilitate entry of 200,000 tourists through Taba

El-Hamy El-Zayat, head of the Egyptian tourism companies chamber, asserted that there is a work plan aimed at facilitating the entry of tourists to Israel from all over the world who desire to visit Egyptian tourism areas through Taba.
El-Zayat said the plan calls for decreasing the waiting period in Taba from six hours to only half an hour with the necessity that the Israeli companies or the European travel agencies inform the Egyptian companies of the entry lists 24 hours before entry to prepare the necessary arrangements.
El-Zayat added that there are nearly 200,000 tourists from outside Israel that desire to visit Egypt, which contributes to the tourism development in the area and increases the hotels as well as the work change in Taba and the Egyptian Rivera.
