Sudanese- Eritrea talks in Khartoum

Upon his arrival in Khartoum on Thursday, Eritrea's President Isaias Afwerki held a round of talks with the Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and the two presidents discussed their bilateral relations which have recently witnessed tremendous development.
This is, however, the first visit to be paid by President Afwerki to Khartoum since 1993 and a reply visit to the recent visit recently made by President al-Bashir to Asmara.
