Arab Gulf oil ministers meet this month in Saudi Arabia

An official at the Qatari Ministry of Oil said on Wednesday that oil ministers of the Arab Gulf states will meet to discuss their strategy in Saudi Arabia on February 23, prior to the ministerial meeting of OPEC in Vienna in March.
The Qatari official added that the oil ministers of OPEC members Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, as well as the oil ministers of both Oman and Bahrain who are not members of OPEC will take part in the meeting.
The Vienna's meeting will discuss extending work in reducing oil production enforced since last year. The decrease has resulted in the highest oil prices in nine years.
