Israel continues aggressions against south Lebanon

Israeli warplanes on Tuesday raided al-Hijreh mountain area situated between Zibqin and al Shgeifeh in the western sector of south Lebanon.
Lebanese security sources said the raiding Israeli planes fired several air-to-surface missiles at the targeted area, and they were attacked by Lebanese antiaircraft missiles.
The sources added that the air raid was preceded by intensive air support of Israeli warplanes flying at low altitude.
Later in the day, the Israeli warplanes raided the district of Jabal al-Kabir near the town of Sadikin in the western sector and fired several air-to-surface missiles.
The security sources added that after 15 minutes the Israeli warplanes raided the same area and dropped three air-to-surface missiles.
Anti-aircraft guns of Lebanese Army and resistance fired on the Israeli planes which dropped thermal balloons.
In retaliation, the Lebanese resistance on Tuesday carried out a series of operations against the Israeli occupation forces and their agents in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said one of its groups attacked on Tuesday an armored Israeli vehicle in the surrounding of Balat position. Direct hits were achieved.
A second Lebanese resistance group, just 10 minutes later, carried out a similar attack on the Masharoun position and achieved direct hits.
A third Lebanese resistance group attacked an Israeli force in Kassaret al-Aroush with rockets while the force was carrying out fortification work.
Earlier in the day, the Lebanese resistance detonated an explosive charge in armored vehicles from the SLA militias on Haula- Markaba road in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
