Emir of Kuwait confers with Gabonese counterpart

A round of official talks was held in Kuwait on Tuesday between the ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah, and President Omar Bongo of Gabon, currently visiting Kuwait on a three-day official visit.
An Emiri statement released following the talks said that talks between Sheikh Jaber and President Bongo dealt with means of developing and promoting bilateral relations and several issues of concern to the two countries.
