A new formula for resuming Israel-Syrian relations

The Paris-based weekly al-Muharrir news said in its recent issue that the special contacts between Damascus and Washington resulted in a new formula for resuming the negotiations providing for American assertions to resume the negotiation and stating US confirmation that resuming negotiations will be ended in border demarcation as requested by Syria.
The American circles considered this positive development in Damascus's position and Washington is now responsible for having Barak materializing this commitment.
