Bahraini crown prince meets with Peres in Davos

Bahrain's crown prince on Saturday met in Davos, Switzerland with former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres, who is also the current Israeli minister for regional cooperation, in the first meeting on such a level between the two sides' officials.
The Gulf News Agency said that the crown prince of Bahrain, Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad al-Khaleifa, held talks with Peres on the sidelines of meetings of the World Economic Forum, currently being held in Davos.
During the meeting, Sheikh Hamad stressed that Bahrain backs the realization of progress in the Middle East peace process on all tracks and expressed his hope of reaching a peace agreement that will be satisfactory to all sides and ensure the legitimate rights of all.
