Algeria: Priority to national reconciliation

Algerian Prime Minister Ahmad Bin Beitour has asserted that among the priorities of the work plan of the Algerian government is to restore back the state's credibility and to ensure best conditions for enabling the state's authority for the interests of citizens.
During his revision of the program of his new government for the new phase before the nation's council ( parliament), Beitour underlined the importance pinned by the government to fight tipping and corruption and to pursue transparency and forwardness in the private sector and public utilities and to develop morals inside the society as well as the supremacy of the law.
He added that his government's program aims at ensuring public and individual freedoms, opening the political field, media verification and pluralism and organizing large scale non-central authorities, noting that all Algerians are called on to embody the civil concord principles and to restore back civil peace and security.
On Monday and in a great majority the Algerian National People's Council (parliament) approved the government's program.
